As part of SayPro’s creative development and digital campaign process, employees involved in designcreative directionUX/UI, or content production are required to submit a Final Concept Storyboard or Mockup before campaign execution. This document ensures alignment on visual direction, functionality, user experience, and brand integrity.


 1. What is the Final Concept Storyboard or Mockup?

This is a visual presentation of the campaign’s final creative direction, submitted for approval before the build or deployment stage. It serves as a reference for:

  • Designers
  • Developers
  • Content teams
  • Marketing managers
  • External vendors

It typically includes the visual layoutuser flowkey messages, and creative assets for a campaign or platform activation.


2. When is it Required?

  • Before production of videos, illustrations, or branded documents.
  • When submitting deliverables for client-facing materials, donor campaigns, or training resources.

  • Include a version number and date for tracking.
  • Share the document link (Figma/Google) or file (PDF) with the creative lead, campaign manager, or supervisor.

Submission Process

  1. Final design/mockup is uploaded to the shared SayPro project folder.
  2. link to the Figma file or PDF is submitted via email or task tracker.
  3. review checklist is completed to ensure readiness for launch.
  4. Team lead or client signs off via comment or formal approval.
