This includes both internal use (for archiving, internal communications, or further approvals) and external publishing (for social media, print vendors, email platforms, etc.).
Steps to Complete the Task
1. Final Production of Materials (By January 22nd)
- Double-Check All Revisions Are Complete: Review all previous feedback and ensure every revision has been addressed and approved.
- Finalize Formats:
- Print Materials: Ensure high-resolution, CMYK, bleed-included files (e.g., .PDF, .EPS).
- Digital Assets: Web-optimized versions (e.g., .PNG, .JPG, .MP4, .GIF).
- Editable Files: Store and label source files (e.g., .PSD, .AI, .INDD) for future updates.
- Check Platform Specs: Confirm size and format requirements for each distribution channel (e.g., Facebook image ratios, email banner sizes, etc.).
- Proof for Errors: Conduct a final round of QA to ensure there are no typos, broken links, or visual inconsistencies.
2. Organize Deliverables for Upload (By January 23rd)
