This template is designed to help SayPro’s Affiliate Management team track the performance of individual affiliates. It provides a structured way to monitor key metrics such as clicks, conversions, sales, and commissions, making it easier to identify top performers, optimize strategies, and calculate payouts.
Template Structure
1. Affiliate Details
- Affiliate ID: A unique identifier for each affiliate.
- Affiliate Name: Full name or company name of the affiliate.
- Affiliate Email: Contact email for the affiliate.
- Affiliate Status: Active/Inactive.
2. Performance Metrics
For each period (monthly, weekly, or campaign-based), the following columns can be tracked:
- Date Range: The time period for tracking the data (e.g., Week of March 1–7, 2025).
- Clicks: Number of times users clicked on the affiliate’s referral link.
- Impressions: Number of times the affiliate’s ad or content was shown to users.
- Click-Through Rate (CTR): The percentage of impressions that resulted in clicks (Clicks/Impressions * 100).
- Conversions: The number of sales, sign-ups, or leads generated from the affiliate’s referral link.
- Conversion Rate: The percentage of clicks that resulted in a conversion (Conversions/Clicks * 100).
- Sales: The total monetary value of the sales generated by the affiliate.
- Commission Earned: The affiliate’s commission for the sales made (e.g., Commission Rate * Sales).
- Bonus Earned: Any additional bonuses or incentives based on performance.
3. Calculation Columns
- Commission Rate: The agreed-upon percentage the affiliate earns per sale.
- Total Earnings: This is the total amount the affiliate earned during the tracking period (Commissions + Bonuses).
4. Remarks/Notes
- Performance Notes: Any special notes regarding the affiliate’s performance during the period (e.g., promotional campaigns, issues with tracking, etc.).
- Communication Notes: Updates on communication with the affiliate (e.g., feedback, concerns raised, etc.).

- The template should allow you to filter by date range, affiliate status, or performance metrics (e.g., sorting by highest commissions earned or highest conversion rates).
- Regularly sort by Total Earnings to identify top performers.
- Customization:
- The template can be customized further with additional metrics like Return on Investment (ROI) or Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) to better assess affiliate quality.
- You may add columns to track special affiliate campaigns or promotional events, and performance during those periods.
Additional Features for Enhanced Tracking (Optional)
- Charts and Graphs: Automatically generate visual reports that show trends in affiliate performance (e.g., a bar chart for monthly earnings, or a line graph showing clicks over time).
- Alerts & Notifications: Set up conditional formatting to highlight affiliates whose performance dips below a threshold (e.g., low CTR or conversions) so you can reach out and provide support.
