Creative Designers, Copywriters, Content Creators, Multimedia Specialists, Digital Marketing Team, and External Agencies involved in the development of advertising content.
Purpose of the Document:
The Ad Creative Assets are the core visual and written materials used to bring SayPro’s digital campaigns to life. These assets must be professionally designed, brand-aligned, and optimized for each advertising platform. Well-crafted creative assets are crucial for attracting audience attention, communicating the campaign message effectively, and driving engagement and conversions.
Mandatory Components of the Ad Creative Assets Submission:
- Ad Copy:
- Headlines (primary and secondary)
- Descriptions and body copy
- Calls to action (CTAs)
- Platform-specific variations (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Any promotional or legal disclaimers
- Image Files:
- High-resolution images in required dimensions
- Crops for various placements (e.g., Stories, Feed, Banner Ads)
- File formats: JPEG, PNG, SVG (as applicable)
- Source files (e.g., PSD, AI) if future edits are needed
- Video Assets:
- Short-form and long-form video versions
- Platform-optimized aspect ratios (1:1, 16:9, 9:16, etc.)
- File format: MP4 preferred
- Captions/subtitles and storyboard (if applicable)
- Thumbnail images for previews
- Audio Assets (if relevant):
- Voice-over scripts
- Background music files with licenses
- Sound effects
- Asset Metadata & Creative Notes:
- File names and usage instructions
- Brief descriptions of the creative concept
- Link to the campaign brief for reference
- Notes for performance testing or A/B variants
- Version Control & Testing Variants:
- A/B test creatives (e.g., different headlines or CTA buttons)
- Language or regional versions (if the campaign is multilingual/multi-market)
- Clearly labeled asset variations (e.g., V1, V2, Final, Approved)
Submission Guidelines:
- Deadline: All creative assets must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks prior to campaign launch for review and approval.
- Format: Uploaded to the official SayPro Shared Drive or Project Management Platform in an organized folder labeled with the campaign name and date.
- Naming Convention:
[CampaignName]_[AssetType]_[Platform]_[Version]
