1. Executive Summary
This proposal, jointly submitted by SayPro and CKG Holdings, presents a strategic plan to strengthen and expand after-school programs in Delft, Cape Town. Recognizing the critical need for safe, structured, and empowering environments for school-aged children, this initiative seeks to build on existing efforts by the Western Cape Government and civil society. The program will focus on academic support, enrichment activities, life skills training, and recreational development, with the overarching goal of improving learner outcomes and community resilience.
The SayPro-CKG partnership brings together expertise in youth development, education, infrastructure, and community engagement, ensuring the successful implementation and sustainability of high-quality after-school interventions in Delft.
