The City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality (CoT) seeks a subscription-based online training platform to provide continuous skills development opportunities for between 3,000 and 11,000 employees annually, over a three-year period. This platform must be accessible at any time and deliver relevant, accredited training programs to empower employees across various departments.
