“Good day to the SayPro community, our partners, and the youth of South Africa,
Today, we commemorate Freedom Day 2025 — a day that reminds us that democracy is not only a political achievement, but a moral responsibility. It was on this day, 31 years ago, that South Africa turned a page — and wrote a new chapter of dignity, equality, and hope.
But while our votes in 1994 gave us political freedom, the question remains:
How do we fund the freedom we fought for?
As the Chief Finance Officer of SayPro, my mission is not just to manage budgets — it is to ensure that every rand we invest is building a more just, inclusive, and opportunity-rich South Africa.
Because real freedom is about more than symbolic victories.
It’s about making sure resources flow to where they are needed most:

🔹 And into solutions that create long-term economic justice.

To the youth of South Africa:
Freedom is your inheritance — but economic power is your future.
We are here to ensure the doors of funding, support, and opportunity remain open to you.
And to our partners, donors, and supporters — thank you.
