Week 3 Objective:

To successfully launch SayPro’s experiential campaign for February, ensuring smooth field and virtual activations, and establishing a real-time monitoring system via the SayPro Event Management Dashboard for performance, attendance, and engagement tracking.


1. Go-Live Execution of Experiential Campaign

Goal: Activate physical or hybrid campaign events and engagement touchpoints, ensuring all teams are operational and aligned.

Notes for Teams
