This document, typically provided in Excel format, captures key insights, performance metrics, and lessons learned after any campaign or activation.
Purpose of the Post-Campaign Reporting Template
The report is designed to:
- Measure the success and effectiveness of a campaign
- Track KPIs against planned objectives
- Document outcomes, engagement, and conversions
- Provide recommendations for future campaigns
- Serve as an internal record for audits, evaluations, or stakeholder reporting
Who Must Complete It?
Employees involved in:
- Digital marketing
- Field or community activations
- Creative and content deployment
- Analytics and monitoring
- Project or campaign management
Each team may fill out different sections relevant to their responsibilities.
Format and Submission
- File type: Excel (.xlsx)
- Template provided by: SayPro Campaigns or M&E team
- Submitted to: Campaign Manager / Marketing Lead / M&E Coordinator
- Deadline: Within 3–5 business days after the campaign concludes
- Storage: Centralized in the SayPro shared project folder or CRM system

Employee Responsibilities
Employees are required to:
- Download or access the template from the SayPro shared drive
- Fill out their relevant sections completely and accurately
- Use data from verified sources (analytics platforms, CRM, feedback forms, etc.)
- Add visuals where needed (charts, screenshots, sample posts)
- Submit by the assigned deadline
- Participate in a review session if called upon by campaign leads
Confidentiality & Accuracy
- Data entered must be factual, traceable, and sourced from campaign logs or analytics tools.
- Reports are stored securely and may be included in donor reports, internal evaluations, or performance reviews.
